The Clay St. water main replacement project will begin on September 1st, 2026. An open meeting was held on August 11th 2026, for all homeowners who will be affected. If you do not receive a letter notifying you of the project from McLaury Engineering, this project will not affect your home. The water main replacement is from Harrison St. to Grant St.

Plans and more information are available to anyone interested at City Hall, 106 W. Pleasant St.
